What Stays On Your Device
MudMan is an offline-first field application. Well profiles, rig data, calculators, drilling updates, tank farm records, and the tally book all store their data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data.
Subscription & Purchase Data
MudMan Pro is offered as a subscription through Google Play. Purchase validation is handled by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. RevenueCat processes your Google Play purchase token and a device/app-instance identifier to validate your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. Those are handled entirely by Google Play. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details on their data handling.
Push Notifications
If you're on a trial or active subscription, MudMan sends reminder notifications ahead of trial conversion. This uses a device push token registered with our notification provider solely to deliver these reminders, no other use.
What We Don't Collect
Location, contacts, camera or photo access, browsing activity, or any personally identifiable information beyond what's described above.
Request Data Deletion: MudMan (by M55)
Uninstalling MudMan removes all locally stored data from your device immediately. Well profiles, rig data, calculators, tally book, and drilling updates never leave your device in the first place, so there's nothing on our end to delete for that data.
The only data we hold elsewhere is (1) a RevenueCat subscription/purchase identifier used to validate MudMan Pro access, and (2) if you're on a trial or subscription, a push notification device token used to deliver trial reminders.
To request deletion: email support@m55.dev with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," sent from the email address associated with your Google Play account. We'll verify the request and delete the RevenueCat identifier and push token within 30 days, then reply to confirm completion.
What's kept: deleting this data does not affect your Google Play purchase/billing history. Google retains that under its own policies, independent of us. We keep no other record of you once the above is deleted.
